Supporting the planning and execution of cross-functional projects in pharmaceutical R&D, the fully remote Junior Project Manager will maintain project plans, coordinate meetings, track schedules, and provide updates while working closely with Project Managers and technical teams. Key responsibilities Maintain project plans, schedules, and action-item logs to ensure accurate project information Coordinate project meetings, documenting decisions and following up on commitments Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively communicating potential delays or issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Science, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or R&D Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing environments preferred
