Our Insurance Sales Producers connect with individuals and families by phone and video, present life insurance and health coverage solutions, and close business the right way, with the client fully informed.
\n \nThis is commission based pay, with bonuses when you hit placement and quality milestones, so what you earn tracks the business you write. Every appointment on your calendar is booked for you by our scheduling team.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Present life and health insurance options in scheduled virtual sales consultations
\n• Uncover coverage gaps through thoughtful discovery questions and needs analysis
\n• Quote, compare, and recommend policies suited to each client's finances
\n• Submit applications promptly and drive them through carrier approval
\n• Update the CRM after every touchpoint so records stay clean and complete
\n• Nurture your book with review calls, referrals requests, and service follow-ups
\n \nWhat We're Seeking
\n• Active insurance license required in your state of residence, Life & Health lines preferred
\n• A track record of meeting sales goals in insurance or a related field
\n• Persuasive yet honest communication that clients remember positively
\n• Resilience and consistency across a high-volume appointment schedule
\n• Organized pipeline habits and dependable follow-up
\n• Proficiency with video conferencing and sales software
